Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all project details before production begins, including:
- Designs and drawings.
- Measurements and dimensions.
- Materials and finishes.
- Fabric selections.
- Colors and specifications.
- Final quotations.
Production begins only after customer approval and receipt of the required advance payment.
Payment Terms
- An advance payment may be required before production begins.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Delayed payments may result in production, delivery, or installation delays.
- Ownership of products remains with Frame Interiors UAE until full payment has been received.
Design Revisions
- Up to two design revisions may be provided during the design stage.

- Changes requested after production has started may result in additional costs and revised delivery timelines.

Handmade Product Variations
All furniture is handcrafted and may include minor variations that are considered normal and acceptable within the furniture industry.
- Measurement tolerance of approximately ±1 cm.
- Natural variations in wood grain and finishes.
- Minor differences in fabric texture and color shades.
- Minor stitching and upholstery variations.
