Custom-Made Furniture Policy
At Frame Interiors UAE, every furniture item and interior project is custom-made based on the customer's approved:
Design and drawings
Measurements
Material selection
Fabric selection
Color and finish
Project specifications
Final quotation
As every order is manufactured specifically for the customer, all confirmed orders are considered personalized and custom-made products.
No Returns & No Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of our products:
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Returns are not accepted for custom-made furniture or interior works.
Refunds are not available after order confirmation and production approval.
Advance payments, booking amounts, and deposits are non-refundable.
Products manufactured according to the customer's approved measurements, designs, materials, fabrics, finishes, and specifications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Customer Approval Responsibility
Production begins only after the customer has approved all project details, including:
Dimensions and measurements
Design drawings
Material selection
Fabric selection
Colors and finishes
Final quotation
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all approved information before production begins.
Changes After Production Starts
If the customer requests any changes after production has started:
Additional charges may apply.
Delivery and installation timelines may be revised.
New materials may need to be purchased or manufactured.
Work will continue only after the revised quotation has been approved by the customer.
Handmade Product Variations
All furniture is handcrafted and manufactured individually. Minor variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
These may include:
Measurement tolerance of approximately ±1 cm.
Slight variations in fabric shade or texture between production batches.
Natural variations in wood grain, upholstery, stitching, foam firmness, and finishes.
Minor differences between website/catalog images and the final product due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or delivery-related damage, you must notify Frame Interiors UAE within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will:
Inspect the reported issue.
Determine whether it is a manufacturing defect or delivery damage.
Repair the product where appropriate.
Replace or adjust defective components if required.
Provide a suitable solution after inspection.
Refunds are not available for custom-made furniture.
Warranty Policy
Frame Interiors UAE provides a warranty on the furniture and interior works manufactured by us.
Warranty Covers
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects in:
Wooden furniture structure
MDF and wooden framework
Wardrobes
TV units
Kitchen cabinets
Vanities
Walk-in closets
Wall panels and interior woodwork
Upholstery workmanship, including stitching and upholstery installation
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected component where appropriate.
Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling.
Water, moisture, flooding, or humidity damage.
Heat, fire, or direct sunlight damage.
Scratches, dents, stains, burns, or customer-caused damage.
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Natural variations in wood grain, fabric texture, color, or finish.
Minor measurement tolerances and handmade variations.
Electrical Items
Frame Interiors UAE does not provide any warranty for:
Reading lights
LED lights
Electrical sockets
USB charging ports
Electrical accessories supplied or selected by the customer
If these items are supplied by the customer or by a third-party manufacturer, any warranty claim must be made directly with the original supplier or manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.
Frame Interiors UAE is not responsible for manufacturer warranties on electrical products.
