Please review our return and refund policy before confirming your order. All furniture is manufactured according to the customer's approved specifications and project requirements.

Custom-Made Furniture Policy

At Frame Interiors UAE, every furniture item is manufactured specifically according to the customer’s approved design, measurements, material selection, fabric choice, color, finish, and quotation.

Since each order is produced individually and tailored to the customer's requirements, all confirmed orders are considered custom-made and personalized products.

No Returns & No Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Returns are not accepted for custom-made furniture.
  • Refunds are not available after order confirmation and production approval.
  • Advance payments, booking amounts, and deposits are non-refundable.
  • Products manufactured according to approved measurements, designs, and material selections cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer Approval Responsibility

Production begins only after the customer approves all project details, including dimensions, design, materials, fabrics, finishes, colors, and quotation.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming all approved information before production starts.

Changes After Production Starts

  • Changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges.
  • Delivery and installation timelines may be revised.
  • Additional materials may need to be purchased or manufactured.
  • Any changes will proceed only after customer approval of the revised quotation.

Handmade Product Variations

All furniture is handcrafted and manufactured individually. Minor variations are considered normal and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.

  • Measurement tolerance of approximately ±1 cm may occur.
  • Fabric shade and texture may vary slightly between production batches.
  • Wood grain, stitching, foam firmness, and finish tones may have natural variations.
  • Website and catalog images are provided for reference and may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or delivery-related damage, the customer must notify Frame Interiors UAE within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Our team will inspect the reported issue.
  • The product may be repaired where appropriate.
  • Defective components may be adjusted or replaced if required.
  • A suitable resolution will be provided following inspection.
  • Refunds are not available for custom-made furniture.
