Delivery & Installation Services

Our team handles delivery and installation for custom-made furniture and interior projects across the UAE. Every project is carefully coordinated to ensure safe transportation, professional installation, and customer satisfaction.

Delivery scheduling begins once production is completed and final confirmation has been received from the customer.

Delivery & Installation

  • Standard delivery and installation are included in approved quotations and website prices unless otherwise specified.
  • Furniture is delivered and installed at the customer's location by our professional team.
  • Delivery dates are arranged after production completion and customer confirmation.
  • Installation is completed according to the approved project scope and site conditions.

Production Timeline

  • Standard furniture production usually takes 7–10 working days.
  • Custom-made furniture typically requires 10–14 working days.
  • Large-scale furnishing or interior projects may require separate project schedules.
  • Timelines may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, fabric selection, project size, and customer-requested changes.

Delivery Areas

Frame Interiors UAE provides delivery and installation services across all Emirates, including:

Remote Area Deliveries

  • Some remote UAE locations may require additional delivery charges.

  • Additional costs and estimated delivery schedules will be shared before order confirmation where applicable.

Customer Access Requirements

  • Customers must ensure suitable lift access, staircase access, doorway clearance, and overall site readiness before delivery.
  • If furniture cannot be moved into the premises due to access restrictions, Frame Interiors UAE will not be responsible for resulting delays or additional costs.
  • Additional manpower, special handling equipment, crane services, dismantling work, or re-delivery may incur extra charges.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Working Schedule

  • Factory Operations: Saturday to Thursday.
  • Factory Closed: Friday.
  • Customer Meetings: Monday to Saturday.
  • Sunday appointments may be available by prior arrangement and availability.
